REBC APPOINTED EXCLUSIVE IMPORTER & DISTRIBUTOR FOR VERITAS MINERAL WATER

(PHUKET) Royal Eastern Beverage Company has been selected by Aqua-Aquarius to be the exclusive importers and distributors for the entire Veritas line of natural mineral waters to the Thai, Singaporean, Malaysian, Indian, and Hong Kong markets. The sparkling and still Veritas Natural Mineral Waters have been met with great reception by consumers and industry professionals alike, having garnered 30% of the Hungarian water market and having been awarded the Superior Taste Award by iTQi in 2006, 2007, and 2008. Both REBC and Aqua-Aquarius are excited at the prospect of expanding into the Southeast Asian markets.

Formed in 2000, Aquarius-Aqua, Ltd., has established themselves as a premium producer of natural sparkling and still mineral waters. Having enjoyed considerable success, they have captured 30 percent of the Hungarian market and have distribution agreements with many major inland grocery chains: Penny Market (Rewe), Lidl, Profi, Tesco, Auchan, Cora, Mach, Metro, Interfruct, Coop Hungary, and CBA. Production capacity for the factory is in the range of 450 million (1.5 L) bottles per year, with the annual total sales of the Aqua-Aquarius product portfolio being 200 million liters.
